具体询盘是进口商发出的，用于询问指定商品的交易条款和交易条件。

Dear Sirs，

We have just received an enquiry from one of our Japan client，who needs 10，000 metric tons of the captioned sugar and shall appreciated your quoting us your best price at the earlier date.

For your information，the quality required should be superior white crystal sugar packed in new gunny bags of 100 kgs each. Meanwhile，the goods should be surveyed by an independent surveyor as to their quality and weight before shipment. For this enquiry，the buyers will arrange shipping and insurance，therefore the price to be quoted by you should be on an FAS Dalian basis.

As there is a critical shortage of sugar in Japan，the goods should be ready for shipment as early as possible. Please be assured that if your price is acceptable，we will place order with you right away.

7．require

1）v. 需求，需要

require后接宾语加动词不定式时可接that引起从句。例如：

我们和买方所订合同规定我们不得晚于4月装船。

The import license requires the goods to arrive on/before September 15.

进口许可证规定货物应在9月15日或以前到达。

require后接动名词。这个动名词含有被动意义，与后接被动语态的动词不定式相同。例如：
