Abstract: Based on the practice of Beijing municipal government procurement of public services from social organizations, from the point view of the purchase of the subject, the purchase, the purchase process, the source of funds, institutional guarantee, performance evaluation and other aspects, the structure system, the status quo and problems of the Beijing municipal government's procurement of public services from social organizations of are analyzed, and some improvement suggestion is put forward.
