1.准备
检查天平水平,水准气泡在中心位置(图2-75);做好天平内外清洁工作(图2-76)。

4.称量
按下显示屏开关,待显示稳定的零点(图2-85)后,将物品放到秤盘上,关上防风门。显示稳定后可读数(图2-86),操作时可按相关按键以实现去皮等称量功能。

5.称量结束
称量结束后,拿出天平内称量物体,待复零后关闭电源(图2-87),做好天平内外清洁工作(图2-88)。盖上天平罩,登记天平使用情况(图2-89),复位。

三、固、液体试样的称量
减量法称取分析试样是最常用的称量方法,又称递减称量法,即称取试样的质量由两次称量之差而求得,该方法简便、快速,适用于一般的颗粒物、粉末状及液态样品的称量,尤其对于易吸湿、易氧化、易与空气中CO2反应的样品宜用减量法称量。操作方法如下。
1.固体试样称量
固体待称样品盛放于干燥洁净的称量瓶中,称量瓶置于干燥器中保存。用清洁的纸叠成约1cm宽的纸条套住称量瓶中部取出称量瓶(或戴细纱手套拿取)(图2-90),放置于分析天平正中央,准确称量并记录读数(图2-91)。称量完毕,取出称量瓶关上天平门(图2-92、图2-93)

用约2cm2的小纸片裹住盖子手捏处,在接受容器上方约1cm处,慢慢倾斜瓶身,打开瓶盖但不要使瓶盖离开接受容器上方,用瓶盖轻敲瓶口的上沿或右上方边沿(见图2-94),同时微微转动称量瓶使样品缓缓落入容器内。估计倾出的样品接近需要的质量时,再边敲瓶口边将瓶身扶正(见图2-95),盖好瓶盖后方可离开容器的上方。

右手轻轻打开天平左侧门,将称量瓶再次放入天平正中央,准确称量,记录倾样后称量瓶质量(见图2-96、图2-97)。

注意:如果一次倾出的样品质量不到所需量,可再次倾出样品,直到倾出的样品质量符合要求。
2.液体试样称量
称量操作步骤与固体试样操作相同。具体操作步骤见图2-98~图2-102。

称取所需质量后,再次记录下液体试样瓶质量,两者相减即为所称取液体试样质量
注意:液体样品的准确称量比较麻烦,根据样品的性质有多种称量方法。性质比较稳定、不易挥发的样品可装在干燥的小滴瓶中用减量法称量,最好预先粗测每滴样品的大致质量;较易挥发的样品可用增量法称取;易挥发或水作用强烈的样品需要采取特殊的办法进行称量。
