1.4 基本步法
步法是实战的根基,它与拳法相辅相成,缺一不可,俗语有“三分拳,七分步”之说。
1.4.1 后垫步

1 保持防御姿势,双脚分开站立,右脚在前、左脚在后,双手握拳,重心前移。
2 右脚迅速向后滑,右脚垫在左脚脚跟且手的姿势不变。
3 恢复防御姿势,右脚在前,左脚在后,左脚脚尖点地,脚跟抬起。

1 右脚在前,左脚在后,左脚脚跟抬起,双手握拳,目视前方。

2 左脚借助右脚蹬地所产生的反作用力迅速向后滑出一大步。

1.4.4 米字步法

双拳紧握护住眼部和头部,分别呈“米”字向各个方向迈步。
注意重心始终在迈出的腿上,在迈步的同时,双拳位置始终保持不变。
1.4.5 前垫步
