葛洲坝大厦
GC Tower

葛洲坝大厦位于北京市朝阳区西大望路,紧临CBD,由一栋120米高的办公楼和两栋77米高的商务酒店组成。作为央企总部,建筑设计强调简洁稳重的造型,从城市环境、使用功能以及技术逻辑等多角度进行综合权衡,将景观设计、室内设计统一纳入建筑设计中,以简洁的造型和立面营造丰富而有人情味的空间环境。统合室内空间、立面和结构及布局合理的“密柱”体系,通过缜密的细部设计,将石材、玻璃、金属以及自主研发的呼吸式幕墙完美地组合在一起,展现独特的建筑效果。商务酒店外立面采用办公楼的相同方式,加强整三栋楼室外空间品质的整体感。而下沉庭院、地下车库坡道雨棚与景观设计有机结合,将美丽的室外景观及自然采光和通风引入地下一层的职工餐厅,成为设计的另一亮点。

GC Tower is located in Xidawang Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, close to CBD, which is comprised of a 120-meter-high office building and two 77-meter-high business hotels. As the headquarters of the state-owned key enterprise, the architectural design emphasizes the spirit of simplicity and steadiness and integrates the landscape design and interior design into the overall architectural design from the angles of urban environment, functions and technique logic. The adoption of simple model and façade design creates a rich and humane space environment. Based on the interior, façade and structural requirements and rational “dense column”system, careful detail design perfectly combines stone, glass, metal and self-developed respiratory curtain wall, showing a unique architectural effect. The façade design of the business hotels adopts the same way as that of the office building, which strengthens the overall sense of exterior space quality of the whole project. The perfect combination of sinking courtyard, underground garage ramp canopy and landscape design introduces the unique outdoor landscape, natural lighting and ventilation into the underground staff restaurant, which becomes another highlight of the design.

项目由珠海市博物馆和城市规划展览馆两部分组成,两馆在体量空间以及功能设置上各自独立,并通过中央入口大厅等部位的连接,实现公共空间共享和人流组织衔接。在造型方面,博物馆强调水平向的延展,规划展览馆突出螺旋上升的造型,二者通过宽阔而流动的建筑体量为室内提供连贯宽敞的展览空间,通过极具雕塑感的造型打造珠海市地标性文化建筑。

The project consists of Zhuhai Museum and Urban Planning Exhibition Hall with independent volume space and functions. The two parts of the project are connected by the central entrance hall, realizing shared public space and pedestrian flow cohesion. In terms of the model, the museum emphasizes on horizontal extension while the planning exhibition hall highlights the spiral-rising model. The broad and mobile building volume provides consistent and spacious indoor exhibition space. The use of sculptural model aims to build a landmark cultural building in Zhuhai.

北京长安街W酒店(北京凯莱大酒店改扩建项目)由中粮集团投资兴建,引入喜达屋国际酒店管理集团旗下“W酒店”品牌,共有客房362间。

受规划控高及建筑退线的影响,建筑体量被限定为面对东二环主路南北向的“1”字形。主入口设在西侧,其前广场利用全日餐厅的采光顶和人防出口设计了几个造型、材料各异的“小亭”,如珠宝般给酒店增添几许亮色。为应对用地面积狭小的现状,项目设计充分利用地下空间,将全日餐厅、酒店宴会厅、会议室等配套功能设置于地下一、二层,与下沉庭院巧妙结合,力求解决采光及消防问题,并减小二环路噪声的影响。停车直接下至地下三层,地下室整体挖深达到27m。

建筑的外立面采用石材与玻璃幕墙。其中,东、西两个主立面结合竖向灯带,设置镀点玻璃肋,既起到一定的遮阳作用,又在夜晚营造炫目独特的灯光效果,进而彰显W品牌追求的时尚个性。

Invested by COFCO, W Hotel on Chang'an Avenue in Beijing (reconstruction and expansion for Beijing Gloria Hotel) introduces the “W Hotel” brand of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and owns a total of 362 rooms.

Due to the influence of planning controlled height and architectural retreating line, the architectural volume is restricted to be the “1” shape facing the north-south direction of the East Second Ring Road. With the main entrance in the west, the lighting roof of all-day dining rooms and air defense exits in the front square are used to design several “pavilion” with different models and materials, adding bright color like jewels to the hotel. In response to the tense land conditions, underground space is made full use to build all-day dining rooms, hotel banquet halls, conference rooms and other supporting facilities, the perfect integration of which with the sinking courtyard not only solves the problems of lighting and fire but also reduces the noise of the Second Ring Road. The parking lot is arranged on the third floor underground and the overall digging height of the basement reaches 27m.

The architectural façade adopts the system of stone and glass curtain wall. Plating glass rib is set on the main facades in the west and east and the vertical light band, which has a certain shading effect and presenting a dazzling special lighting effect at night, showing the W band's pursuit of fashion and personality.

三亚凯莱酒店改扩建工程(三亚美高梅酒店项目)位于三亚市亚龙湾度假区,南临大海,北临滨海大道,由原始的三亚凯莱酒店及其扩建区域两部分组成,共675间客房。

建筑设计以“尊重环境、融入环境,最大限度地利用现有资源,避免大规模拆除为”理念。

在总体布局方面,新建建筑与原始建筑相结合,形成一栋全新的酒店建筑。新建建筑采用与现原始建筑相同的Y字形布局,两者通过酒店大堂。双Y形的布局在南侧形成三面围合的内部院落,将场地的中心区域最大限度地“割让”给景观,建筑面向大海,将海景、园景尽收眼底,享有丰富的景观视野;在北侧面向滨海大道形成开放的入口空间,彰显酒店形象,丰富城市街景。整座建筑自然地融入北侧城市景观与南侧大海景观之间。

Reconstruction and Expansion for Sanya Gloria Hotel (Project of Sanya MGM Hotel) is located in Sanya Yalongwan Resort, facing the sea in the south and Binhai Avenue in the south, which consists of the original Sanya Gloria Hotel and its expansion area with a total of 675 rooms. With the design concept of maximizing the use of existing resources and avoiding large-scale demolition, the architectural design emphasizes on respect for the environment and integration into the environment. The overall design combines the new building and the original building in the overall layout to form a new hotel building. The new building adopts the same Y-shaped layout as that of the original building, and the two buildings are connected by the hotel lobby. Double Y-shaped layout in the south forms an enclosed interior courtyard space on three sides, which gives the maximum central area to the landscape. Meanwhile, the building facing the sea has a panoramic view of the sea and the landscape and forms a rich scenic view. Open entry space is arranged on the north side facing Binhai Avenue, which highlights the image of the hotel while enriching the city street view. In addition, the whole building is naturally integrated into the urban landscape in the north and the sea landscape in the south.

成都来福士广场
Chengdu Raffles Square

这是一个综合体建筑。由酒店、公寓和SOHO式办公楼等五栋塔楼和商业裙房组成。五栋塔楼呈U字形布局,开口朝向人民南路。项目设计以景观设计的手法构建了层次丰富的半围合、半开放式公共广场,并以“三峡”的名称命名了不同标高的三个水池。为了与城市界面有更多的接触,其他三个方向自首层“凿开孔洞”,通过台阶将人流引向裙房屋顶。另外,在11层,塔1到塔3之间架起了透明的连桥,并在塔楼的响应层增加了博物馆、雕塑、会议室等公共空间或设施,使“微观都市”再度向更高的空间延伸开来。

项目设计打破了传统的塔楼加裙房的既有模式,将建筑当作一个整体进行“雕琢”,并在各体块、各功能之间打开“孔隙”,使建筑本身各部位以及建筑与城市的界面像海绵一样相互渗透。

在孔隙性的基础上,通过台阶、自动扶梯、连桥等联系手段,都市生活的总总滴滴浓缩在建筑结构中,并融入城市环境。项目设计非常注重绿色生态,并获得了LEED金奖认证。

This complex building consists of five tower buildings (hotel, apartment, and SOHO-style office) and commercial podiums. The five tower buildings take U-shaped layout with the open facing Renmin South Road. Landscape design technique is adopted to form a semi-enclosed and semi-open public square with rich space. Three pools with different elevations are named after Three Gorges. In order to have greater access to all the interfaces of the city, “digging holes” are arranged from the first floor in other three directions to lead the pedestrian flow to the podium roof through steps. In addition, a transparent bridge is set on the 11th floor between Tower 1 and Tower 3. Museum, sculpture, conference and other public facilities are built on the corresponding floor of the tower buildings, extending “micro city” to a higher space again. The design breaks the traditional existing model of tower and podium and takes the building as a whole to “polish”. “Void”is opened between each body mass and each function to make all parts of the building, the building and the urban interface interpenetrate like sponge. On the basis of porosity, stairs, escalators, bridges and other means of connection are adopted to condense the city life within the building and melt in the city. At the same time, the building pays attention to green design and has got the LEED Gold Certification.

将台商务中心是集购物中心、甲级写字楼、商务休闲酒店于一体的商业综合体。

建筑在西侧主干道大幅“退位”于城市道路,减少建筑体量对城市道路的压迫感,并为建筑提供展示面。办公楼设置在西南为一单栋建筑,有利于提升办公楼的形象和运营灵活性。弧线外形的酒店设置在远离主干道一侧,有利于提供更私密的出入囗,进而提升办公楼的水准和档次。弧线形的商业裙房设置在西侧,在拉长商业立面的同时,带来更多的商业展示面。

项目设计始终强调绿色、低碳、节能。室内空间采用高效T5节能灯管以及低辐射及保温玻璃,以降低能耗并强化隔热功能。此外,项目设计在雨水回收、施工环节等方面均符合绿色标准。最终,办公楼设计获得了LEED白金奖认证;购物中心和酒店设计获得了LEED金奖认证。

Jiangtai Business Center is an integrated commercial real estate project including shopping center, Grade-A office building, business and leisure hotel. The building retreats sharply from the urban road on the main road in the west, which reduces the architectural volume's pressure on urban roads and provides a showcase for the building. The office building is arranged as the single building in the southwest, which will help enhance the image of the office building and its operational flexibility. The arc-shaped hotel is set on the side far from the main road, which is beneficial to provide a more intimate and separate entrance and exit, thereby increasing the standard and grade of the hotel. The commercial podium part adopts the arc design in the west, drawing out the façade of the commercial part and bringing more commercial display surface.

The project always emphasizes on green, low-carbon, and energy-saving design, such as the adoption of efficient T5 energy-saving lamp in the building and the use of low-radiation insulated glass to reduce heat loss and reinforce insulated function. Besides, various aspects of recycling rainwater and construction reflect the green standard. The office building has got LEED Platinum Certification while the shopping center and the hotel have got LEED Gold Certification.

国家会展中心分两期建设,其四至为:南至天津大道,北至海河南道,西至蓟汕联络线,东至国展路。项目一期位于用地南侧,北至道路为海沽路,其他与前述相同;规划总用地面积105.18hm2,规划可用地面积69.03hm2

项目一期定位于国际一流的会展综合体,总体布局分为“展馆区”和“综合配套区”两部分。总建筑面积771240m2,其中地上总建筑面积592350m2,地下总建筑面积178890m2。室外展场总面积90000m2,并配置室外停车场、道路广场、垃圾站等。项目一期的重点区域是展馆区。

The project of National Exhibition Center includes two phases. The project is located to Tianjin Avenue in the south, to Haihe South Avenue in the north, to Jishan contact line in the west, and to Guozhan Road in the east. The scope of the preliminary design is the first phase project of National Exhibition Center. The project is located on the southern side of the site and to Haigu Road in the north with a total planning land area of 105.18hm2and a planning usable area of 69.03hm2.

The First Phase of National Exhibition Center is positioned as an international first-class exhibition complex, the overall layout of which consists of “exhibition area” and “comprehensive supporting area”. The project covers a total building area of 771240m2, a total aboveground building area of 592350m2, a total underground building area of 178890m2, and outdoor exhibition area of 9000m2. In addition, outdoor parking lot, road square and garbage station are also included in the project. This design scope is the first-phase exhibition area of National Exhibition Center.

深圳地铁前海湾综合交通枢纽,是集城际轨道、城市轨道、地下市政道路、普通公交、出租、社会车辆等多种交通方式于一体的综合交通接驳点,其上盖物业由商业、办公、酒店、文化设施及服务式公寓等多元化、多层次的业态组成的。

项目地上建筑面积1000000m2;地下420000m2,包括三条城市地铁、深港快轨、穗莞深城际轨道,以及出入境管理大厅、综合换乘大厅等综合性地下交通枢纽。

作为深圳市深港合作区商务中心区的启动工程,项目借鉴了香港及国际大都市综合交通枢纽及上盖物业的建设模式,“站城一体化”的定位,使其超越了常规上盖物业或城市综合体的建设模式,规划理念领先、开发模式领先、学术技术领先,是国内综合性最强、难度最大的综合交通枢纽上盖物业建设项目。

项目建成后将是前海乃至全国最大的城市交通枢纽综合体,其规模可排名至世界第四位。

Shenzhen Subway Qianhaiwan Integrated Transportation Hub is a comprehensive transportation interchange point integrating a variety of transport modes such as intercity rail, urban rail, underground municipal road, regular bus, taxi, and social vehicle, the estate of which is a diversified and multi-level urban complex including business, office, hotel, cultural facility and service apartment.

The project covers an aboveground building area of 1000000m2 and an underground building area of 420000m2, including three urban subways, Shenzhen-Hong Kong express rail, Guangdong-Dongguan-Shenzhen intercity rail, exit and entry administration hall, and integrated transfer hall.

As the startup project in central business district of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, this project adopts the architectural mode of integrated transportation hub and its estate in Hong Kong and international metropolises. Its position of “Station-City Integration” makes it go beyond conventional estate or urban complex. With leading planning concept, development model and academic technology, this project is the most comprehensive and difficult estate project in the integrated transportation hub.

After its completion, this project will be the largest urban transportation hub complex in Qianhai or even in China, the size of which can be ranked the fourth in the world.

建筑空间采用北欧室内街区式设计风格,室内设有中庭,步行街等大型室内公共空间,营造了自然、明亮、清新、四季如春的空间环境。

Developed by Sweden Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG), Beijing Inter IKEA Centre is located in Xihongmen in Daxing District of Beijing. As a regional large shopping center, Beijing Inter IKEA Centre is the largest single shopping center building with the most shops and has the largest underground parking lot with 4750 parking spaces in Beijing. It brings together various commercial forms with distinctive characteristics such as business, restaurant, supermarket, cinema, food court, KTV, amusement park and Boutique Street.

The architectural space adopts Nordic interior block-style design with atrium, Pedestrian Street and other large interior public spaces, creating a natural, bright, fresh, and spring-like space environment.

大众汽车品牌体验中心

大众汽车品牌体验中心,位于北京市朝阳区酒仙桥路,南侧毗邻坝河,北侧毗邻颐堤港。用地地块为狭长形,建筑分为西区和东区,西区为品牌体验中心展览空间及经销商销售区;东区为修理厂。西区内部空间通过中庭将不同的使用功能组织起来,形成连续的流动的室内空间。东、西区通过室外连桥和室内连廊相连通。地下室为开敞式,周边设有下沉庭院、台阶状绿化和水池,形成漂浮的造型。

立面在玻璃幕墙外被水平的铝合金百叶所包裹,百叶随着建筑内部空间的流动形成连续的建筑表皮,营造了流动的外观效果,体现了大众汽车品牌的科技感与时代性。

Volkswagen Brand Experience Center is located in Jiuxianqiao Road in Chaoyang District of Beijing, adjacent to Bahe in the south and Yidigang in the north. In long-and-narrow shape, the plot is divided into the west area of brand experience center, exhibition space and dealer sales zone and the east area of repair factory. Atrium is used to organize different functions in the western interior space to form a continuous flow of interior space. The east area and the west area are connected by outdoor bridge and indoor corridor. The open-type basement is surrounded by sinking courtyard, stepwise greenery and pool, forming a floating model.

Glass curtain walls wrapped by horizontal louvers made of aluminum alloy are adopted in the façade. With the flow of the architectural interior space, the horizontal louvers form a continuous architectural surface and create liquidity in appearance, reflecting the sense of technology and modernity of the Volkswagen brand.
