Lesson 03 射箭的准备活动
准备活动对于射箭运动员非常重要,也是预防受伤的关键。在训练之前可以进行3分钟的热身慢跑,还需要做一些柔韧拉伸活动。
1. 颈部运动

做完这些以后,最后再用牵拉带,做一些上肢的牵拉和伸展运动。
放松肌肉并为即将开始的训练做好准备。这样做有助于运动员为接下来的任务做好身体和心理上的准备。
