原粒细胞(myeloblast)
原始粒细胞Ⅰ型 胞体直径10~20μm,圆形或类圆形。胞质量较少,呈淡蓝色或深蓝色,半透明,无颗粒;胞核呈圆形或类圆形,核染色质呈细沙粒状,核仁2~5个。

原始粒细胞Ⅱ型 原粒细胞Ⅱ型除具有原粒细胞Ⅰ型的特点外,胞质中有少量细小颗粒,少于15个。

中性早幼粒细胞(neutrophilic promyelocyte)
胞体直径12~25μm,较原始粒细胞大,边缘不整,有伪足突起,胞质量多,呈深蓝色,胞质内含较多粗大紫红色非特异性颗粒(又称为嗜天青颗粒,嗜苯胺蓝颗粒或A颗粒);胞核大,呈椭圆形偏于一侧,核染色质聚集,核仁消失。

胞体大,边缘不规则,胞质丰富,呈蓝色,胞质内含有较多大小不一,粗大嗜天青颗粒;胞核呈类圆形,核染色质粗、均匀,仍可见4个核仁。

胞体较原粒细胞大,形态较规整,呈类圆形,胞质丰富,呈浅蓝色,胞质内含有粗大紫红色嗜天青颗粒;胞核呈类圆形,核染色质粗,核仁清楚可见。

中性中幼粒细胞(neutrophilic myelo-cyte)
胞体直径10~20μm,胞质量增多,呈淡红或淡蓝色,内含细小淡紫红色特异性颗粒,有的可出现少量非特异性颗粒;胞核扁圆形或略凹陷,常偏于一侧,核染色质聚集呈索块状,核仁消失。

胞体较不规则,胞质量多,呈淡蓝色,内含有细小紫红色颗粒;胞核占胞体1/2以上,呈扁圆形,偏于一侧,可见核染色质皱缩。

中性晚幼粒细胞(neutrophilic metamyelocyte)
胞体直径10~l6μm,胞质量多,呈浅红色,以特异性中性颗粒为主,不见非特异性颗粒;胞核常偏一侧,呈肾形,占胞体1/2以下;核染色质固缩呈小块状,出现副染色质(即块状染色质之间的空隙)。

中性杆状核粒细胞(neutrophilic granulocyte band form)
胞体直径10~15μm,胞质内充满特异性中性颗粒;核弯曲呈带状,也可呈S形、U形或E形;核染色质粗糙呈块状,染色呈深紫红色,副染色质明显。

中性杆状核粒细胞(neutrophilic granulocyte band form)
胞质内含有特异性中性颗粒;核呈U形,核染色质粗糙呈块状,染色呈深紫色,副染色质明显。杆状核和分叶核粒细胞另一种划分标准是核桥,核的最窄处小于最宽处的1/3,即为分叶核粒细胞。

胞体直径10~14μm,胞质丰富,呈淡红色,胞质内充满特异性中性颗粒;胞核呈分叶状,常分3~5叶;核染色质呈较多小块状,染色呈深紫红色。

胞体直径17~25μm,胞质量多、呈蓝色,胞质内含粗大、大小一致的嗜酸性颗粒,其颗粒分布不均匀;胞核大,呈类圆形或微凹陷,核仁不见或可见。

胞体直径15~20μm,较中性中幼粒细胞略大,胞质丰富,胞质内布满粗大、大小一致的橘红色嗜酸性颗粒;胞核占胞体1/2左右。

细胞核分裂分四期:前期、中期、后期、末期。前期有丝分裂染色体散乱分布,没有规律;中期染色体排列在赤道板上(箭头);后期着丝点分开,染色体被拉向两极;末期染色体被平均隔开,形成两个细胞。
